 rhoods of Old Town Chicago and Montmartre Paris have been twinned since 20
 23\,  The Commune Libre de Montmartre shakes hands with Old Town through i
 ts many civic organizations (Old Town Merchants &amp\; Residents Associati
 on (OTMRA)\, the Old Town Triangle Association (OTTA)\, Near North Library
 \, the Special Services Area). Together we celebrate with music\, art and 
 encounters in both cities. Tonight's concert is led by Anne &amp\; Mark Bu
 rnell with a lineup of musical genres and performers from Paris and Chicag

  the Sacre-Coeur Basilica\, just at the top of the funicular\, on a fence
  with a spectacular view overlooking Paris\, including the Eiffel Tower.
