SUMMARY:Women and Expectations by Mamzelle Amandine &amp\; Julie Morel
DESCRIPTION:\nComing from the triumph of "Cabaret Creatures" in Milwaukee\,
Amandine and Julie bring us a new duo show exploring Women and Expectatio
ns\, with accordionist Wilfried Touati. Join us in the intimate environs o
f Sonia's Salon in Logan Square* to get in touch with two vibrant women of
  Lyon\, France. It’s a show written in English\, FOR Chicago! :)\n\n\n\
n\nTwo French women\, one American dream… and two very different ways of
chasing it ! One is a hopeless romantic\, the other a shameless opportuni
st. Together\, they’re ready to take on America… and perhaps turn a fe
 w conventions upside down.&nbsp\;\n\n\n\nThrough songs\, comedy\, and a to
uch of France extravagance\, Women… and expectations explores the roles
women are expected to play\, the rules we are supposed to follow\, and the
freedom to write our own story.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n*The private home addre
ss in Logan Square is shared several days prior to the event to ticket pur
 chasers\n\n\n\n\n
