Bastille Day 2021

Wednesday, July 14: We kept the embers stoked for our Chicago Paris Cabaret Connexion in 2022 by celebrating Bastille Day in Bronzeville. Singer Claudia Hommel and accordionist Patricia Spaeth kicked up their heels and for a few hours Norman’s Bistro was humming the magic of Paris. “Bonjour Paris” was heard as we strolled down the “Champs Elysées” “Under the Paris Skies” all the way to “The River Seine” and “Beyond the Sea”. Also featuring special guesta Ava Logan, Barbara Smith and Dave DeGooyer, it was enough to make the heart beat “Padam Padam”.
