Inspired by the Chicago Paris Cabaret Connexion, the neighborhoods of Old Town Chicago and Montmartre Paris have been twinned since 2023, The Commune Libre de Montmartre shakes hands with Old Town through its many civic organizations (Old Town Merchants & Residents Association (OTMRA), the Old Town Triangle Association (OTTA), Near North Library, the Special Services Area). Together we celebrate with music, art and encounters in both cities.
Tonight’s concert is led by Anne & Mark Burnell with a lineup of musical genres and performers from Paris and Chicago to swap songs and stories.

Montmartre pictures Old Town and Chicago with an outdoor photo gallery
Old Town/Chicago photo exhibit in Montmartre is even more spectacular than the former location. The new location is close to the foot of the Sacre-Coeur Basilica, just at the top of the funicular, on a fence with a spectacular view overlooking Paris, including the Eiffel Tower.
